Ben and Jerry's have always been popular in our office, as well as their commitment to Fairtrade, wholesome manufacturing practices, and "giving back" community practices, they actually make some pretty good ice cream! Socially aware and open and conscious of their footprint, their beautiful flavours have always been a guilt-free guilty pleasure in for our teams.

Ben and Jerry's wanted to drive a campaign around their new Wich product - Cookie Dough 'Wich Chewy cookies with vanilla ice cream & chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough. We needed to find a way to promote the launch and also encourage users to claim their £2 vouchers.

A FUN AND CHEEKY WEB APP

    UI Design

    We designed and animated a fun and cheeky web app with moving and talking cow characters from the Ben and Jerry's brand.

    Web App Development

    Our development team built the web app which would allow users to claim the coupons easily through a simple sign up feature.

    User Engagement Tracking

    We provided the wealth of data, completely GDPR compliant, and then we design the technology to make sure that all of the sorting and analysis is taken care of.

Results

A record number of users downloaded the vouchers and we were able to finally tell who redeemed these building a priceless set of user data that the brand could reuse and optimise their future campaigns around. 


Our back end dashboard collected all the user engagement data within one seamless platform which had the ability to download the results and the GDPR complaint data via CSV or google slides.
